This EMDR Therapy Refresher Course is valuable for previously trained EMDR clinicians who would like to renew their understanding of core EMDR Therapy Principles and Procedures. If you have completed EMDR Basic Training through an EMDRIA-Approved Training you are eligible to take this course, to more fully understand core EMDR Therapy concepts and develop essential therapeutic skills.

The goal of the course is to help clinicians feel adept in the use of EMDR Therapy, both in their case conceptualization and in their treatment implementation. Participants will build their knowledge by reviewing a condensed version of the up-to-date EMDR Therapy Training.

Lisa Sager

Lisa Sager, LPC, NCC is a dynamic instructor with personal experience in healing a diversity of trauma through her own individual and couples psychotherapy practice in St Louis, Missouri.  Lisa has over a decade of experience utilizing EMDR Therapy for the successful treatment of PTSD, Complex Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Attachment, Personality and Dissociative Disorders.

Target Audience: This training has been developed for Mental Health Professionals (Counselors, Social Workers, Psychologists, LMFTs, etc.) who are trained in EMDR Therapy. It contains Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Level content.

Eligibility: Participants need to have completed a full EMDRIA Approved Basic Training. When you register, please upload 1) a copy of your Completion Certificate or 2) a letter from EMDRIA or your Training Provider confirming your previous training completion.

Is this material taught in a live training? Click here to see if any live trainings are currently scheduled.

I’d like to watch this with my colleagues. Can we all get CEs for watching it? No. You’re welcome to sit with colleagues to watch the training together, but we only authorize one CE Certificate per training subscriber.

May I share my login id and password with colleagues so they can watch the training without me? No. Login id and password are for the subscriber only. Sharing is not permitted.

Do you offer a special clinic price or group rate? We can offer a quantity discount based on the number of therapists who wish to subscribe. Each subscriber will get their own login id and password. Contact us for a quote.

Required Tests: In order to complete the course, receive a completion certificate, participants will be required to complete tests with a passing grade of 80%.

EMDRIA Credits: This course is approved for 8 EMDRIA Credits (#15017-DL02). EMDR Training Center, LLC (#15017) maintains responsibility for this program and its content in accordance with EMDRIA requirements.

EMDR Therapist Certification Program Discount: The EMDR Training Center, LLC offers a discount toward the EMDR Therapist Certification Program for therapists who are in process or have completed the EMDR Therapy Refresher.  

Cancellation/Refund:  Subscriptions for EMDR Therapy Refresher: You may cancel your course subscription, and all access to course content, up to 10 days prior to your next scheduled payment date by emailing us.  A final processing fee of $50.00 will apply.  Full Payment at Refresher Enrollment: (Not currently available) Due to the immediate availability of all course content, no credit for cancellation is given.
